Jill Biden Urges President to Retaliate Against Democratic Leadership Before White House Exit

A strained atmosphere looms over the White House as President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden navigate their final weeks in office amid growing tensions with former allies.

According to Daily Mail, the First Lady is reportedly encouraging her husband to "burn the whole thing down" in their remaining time, mainly targeting former allies Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, and Nancy Pelosi.

The presidential couple's apparent shift toward retribution follows Biden's controversial decision to pardon his son Hunter and commute approximately 1,500 sentences. These actions have sparked significant backlash from senior Democratic Party members, creating deep rifts within the administration's inner circle.

First Lady Leads Campaign Against Former Allies

Inside sources reveal that Jill Biden harbors strong resentment toward various Democratic figures and Washington institutions. Her influence on the president's decision-making has become increasingly apparent in recent weeks, as evidenced by their treatment of former allies at public events.

Democratic mega-donor John Morgan offered insight into the situation, suggesting that Biden's swift endorsement of Kamala Harris after withdrawing from the race might have been a calculated move to spite those who pushed him out. Morgan's observations stem from his long-standing relationship with the Bidens and recent attendance at a White House donor dinner.

The deteriorating relationship between the Bidens and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has become particularly noticeable. Their 50-year friendship appears irreparably damaged after Pelosi led efforts to push Biden out of the 2024 election race, culminating in a direct phone call demanding his withdrawal on June 21.

Strained Relations With Vice President Surface

Morgan shared his perspective on Biden's motives for endorsing Harris:

[Biden] basically had the palace coup from all directions, from George Clooney to Pelosi. I think he got pissed off [and] said, "F*** you", and gave us Harris.

Following Harris's defeat by Donald Trump in the recent election, the relationship between the president and vice president has grown increasingly cold. White House insiders note that Biden appears bewildered by Harris's campaign performance and substantial loss despite significant campaign funding.

The tension was evident at the Kennedy Center Honors, where observers noted the Bidens deliberately avoided acknowledging Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff, despite their presence in the presidential box. This public display of discord highlights the growing divide within the Democratic leadership.

White House Holiday Season Reflects Political Tensions

The traditional festive atmosphere at the White House has been noticeably subdued this year. Fewer holiday parties have been scheduled, and both the president and first lady were conspicuously absent during the first week of December when most celebrations typically occur.

Some Democratic members received White House tours instead of party invitations, while others attended events scheduled at inconvenient times. The staff holiday party was held at 1 PM on a Monday, requiring employees to return to work afterward.

The Bidens did host a significant donor dinner on the South Lawn in November, where the president was observed becoming emotional while speaking with guests. The event served as a farewell gathering for many attendees who anticipate limited White House access during Trump's upcoming term.

Future Plans Amid Political Fallout

President Biden is currently planning his post-presidential life, with expectations centered on establishing his presidential library in Delaware. Meanwhile, Jill Biden announced her retirement from teaching at Northern Virginia Community College, concluding her tenure as an English professor.

Reports suggest that some Democratic donors, frustrated with Biden's delayed withdrawal from the nomination race, may withhold support for his post-presidential initiatives. However, the Bidens appear to be fostering new relationships, as evidenced by Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Archewell Foundation's $250,000 donation to their daughter Ashley's women's wellness center in Philadelphia.

Despite the tensions and uncertainties, the Bidens have made it clear they will maintain a public presence after leaving office. The president recently stated, "We're no longer going to be President and First Lady, but we're not going away."

Democratic Leadership Faces Uncertain Future

Joe and Jill Biden's final weeks in the White House have become characterized by growing alienation from Democratic Party leadership and former allies. Their response to perceived betrayals, particularly from Obama, Harris, and Pelosi, has created significant rifts within the party.

The situation stems from the tumultuous events surrounding Biden's withdrawal from the 2024 election race and subsequent endorsement of Kamala Harris, who ultimately lost to Donald Trump.

As the Bidens prepare for their departure from the White House, their actions suggest a deliberate strategy to reshape their relationships with party leadership and establish their post-presidential presence in American politics.
