New lawsuit alleges Diddy orchestrated severe crimes at the 2015 event

A disturbing civil lawsuit filed in Florida has drawn attention to multiple A-list celebrities allegedly present at a 2015 party hosted by Sean "Diddy" Combs.

According to Daily Mail, the lawsuit filed by Joseph Manzaro claims he was drugged, transported against his will, and sexually assaulted at a "Freak-Off" party where Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and LeBron James were allegedly in attendance.

The explosive legal filing details how Manzaro lost consciousness after encountering a "greasy substance" at his home's doorway. He alleges being taken to another location where an associate informed him Diddy wanted him brought to the event.

The complaint states Manzaro was transported through a concealed tunnel connected to Gloria and Emilio Estefan's Miami property.

Celebrity Reactions and Strong Denials

Representatives for the accused celebrities have issued emphatic denials of the allegations. Jay-Z's attorney stated his client was provably engaged in public activities elsewhere during the alleged incident.

LeBron James' team pointed to his documented Cleveland Cavaliers game schedule showing he was not in Miami at the time.

Gloria and Emilio Estefan's spokesperson clarified that no parties occurred at the property in question between 2012 and 2019. They maintain that documentation exists to support this claim. The property was reportedly owned but not resided in by the Estefans during this period.

Diddy's legal team responded with a strong dismissal of the accusations. Their statement characterized the complaint as demonstrating "depraved lengths" accusers would go to pursue financial gain.

Detailed Accusations Against Diddy

According to Manzaro's account, he faced horrific treatment after arriving at the location: "He's gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him undressed!"

The accuser claims he was forcibly stripped, washed, and sexually assaulted until losing consciousness.

Upon waking on a sofa, he alleges being transported to another location where he endured a savage beating before being "left for dead."

Broader Context of Legal Troubles

These allegations emerge amid Diddy's ongoing legal challenges. The rap mogul currently awaits trial on May 5 for sex crimes after his September 2024 arrest.

Those charges include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution - all of which he has pleaded not guilty to.

Prior testimony from other sources has painted a concerning picture of Diddy's party practices. A woman identified only as Lisa described attending his 2004 White Party in the Hamptons, where she claims men approached attractive young women soliciting "intimate time" with the rapper.

Current Status and Next Steps

The civil case filing in Florida represents the latest in a series of serious accusations against Diddy. The music mogul remains behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn while awaiting his May trial date.

His legal team maintains a firm stance of denial, stating: "No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone - man or woman, adult or minor."

Case Summary and Future Implications

A complex legal battle surrounds hip-hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, centered on allegations of drugging and sexually assaulting Joseph Manzaro at a 2015 party. The civil lawsuit filed in Florida names several high-profile celebrities as witnesses, though their representatives strongly deny any involvement.

As Diddy awaits his May 5 trial on separate sex trafficking charges, this new civil case adds another layer to the mounting legal challenges he faces. The rapper remains in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Centre while his legal team continues to assert his innocence against all accusations.
